JOHN MACCURDY
John was a proper native Texan who wore the boots and ten gallon hat as a younger man. His hobbies and life interests have clearly followed him into his senior years where he volunteers as a marshal at a local gun range. He moved to the Charlotte, North Carolina area in 1992 with the intent to start a financial services company. His prior background was deeply rooted in the lending community, and he felt he could provide a high quality product while still remaining true to core beliefs of a service driven mentality. Another one of his life loves, was watching his son grow up playing the sport of baseball. To this day John remains active in the company, but prefers to spend his days with his grandchild and family.

TAYLOR MACCURDY
Taylor was born in Houston, Texas and grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina. He now lives in Knoxville, Tennessee with his beautiful wife and daughter. Taylor played baseball collegiately at Lenoir-Rhyne University in Hickory, North Carolina. Taylor has coached travel baseball and was recognized as one of the top hitting instructors in North Carolina.
Taylor's father has been in the collateral protection market for over 40 years, so Taylor has grown up in the industry and even presented collateral protection insurance to his middle school class. Taylor's passions are his family, colleagues, and his customers!

JOSHUA BOAZ
Josh is a proud Knoxville native with deep ties to the community. He cherishes his faith, his family, and the time spent with his wife and son. Josh finds joy in the simple moments of life, whether it’s watching sports—especially soccer—or enjoying quality time with loved ones.
With a passion for entrepreneurship, Josh has started and helped grow several businesses, through effective team building and leadership. While he loves to travel, he doesn't get to explore as often as he’d like, making those experiences all the more meaningful. Guided by his love for God, family, and professional success, Josh stays grounded in the values that matter most.

MITZI DOCKERY
Mitzi is our longest running employee, serving our financial partners for over 30 years. Her passions in life are God, family, friends, and dedication to our clients. If you tried to find her outside of work, the most likely spots would be the mountains, vacationing on a beach, or her local church. Mitzi was also born in Knoxville, TN and lives with her husband Shane and daughter Kinley.

JENNIFER SHELTON
Jennifer moved to Knoxville in 2008 to attend the University of Tennessee where she fell in love with our scruffy little city, never making her way back to her hometown of Rose Hill, Virginia. She joined ISI in 2017, quickly working her way through multiple departments to her current position. Because of her hands-on experience in various roles here at ISI, she is our go-to gal for improving processes and procedures. Jennifer values time with her family, traveling, cooking, and watching professional sporting events. She is most likely to be found on her patio enjoying some downtime with her wife, Eboni, and their two Aussies, Cali and June.

CIERA MCHENRY
Ciera is originally from a small town outside of Columbus, Ohio and moved to Tennessee in 2005. In 2010, she decided to move back to Ohio, but found herself missing the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains and most importantly her family. This ultimately drove her back to Tennessee for good in 2014. Her career in the insurance industry started in 2011, handling physical damage & bodily injury claims while attending college for her accounting degree. She joined ISI in 2017, where she learned the ins and out of collateral protection insurance and the values of not only providing our clients with a great product but also great customer service. When not reading CPI policy jargon, you can find her spending time with her family, reading, organizing, or cuddling up to watch the Buckeyes play with her two beagles, Willow & Copper. Go Bucks!

JOHN TYNAN
John has over 25 years of experience in the lender insurance market, starting as a Regional Account Executive with a national carrier providing collateral protection and specialty risk management solutions to the financial institution market. He joined ISI in 1999 and enjoys working with clients and prospects to design and implement customized programs to protect the lender’s collateralized auto, residential and commercial portfolios. John has extensive experience deploying “best in class” loan protection programs for borrowers while delivering valuable fee income streams for our lender clients. In his spare time, John enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, playing sports, hiking and watching App State football!

ROBIN GEASLIN
Robin is what someone might call a "World Traveler" as she loves exploring life and visiting countries like: Peru, Costa Rica, Iceland, Australia, various countries in Europe, and more.
She is originally from Texas, but considers herself to have grown up in Michigan where she lived for 18 years.
She has spent the majority of her adult life in Tennessee after relocating there in 2003. If she isn't at the office you would find her participating in one of her outdoor hobbies like rock climbing, backpacking, and mountain biking. But there is definitely a softer side that enjoys a good book, painting, or drawing in her down time. Professionally, she has been in the insurance industry since 2012 and continues to love working with our ever growing business partners.

JESSICA LINKES
Jessica was born and raised in East Tennessee, with a rich background in both family entrepreneurship and banking. Starting her career early in her family's business, Jessica gained invaluable experience that paved the way for her future endeavors. She transitioned into banking, where she took on roles as a teller and later specialized in placing liens on collaterals and tracking insurance.
Outside of her professional life, Jessica is actively involved in assisting her husband with their business, demonstrating a strong commitment to both family and professional growth. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Jason, and son, Henry, as well as spending time outdoors, diving into a good book, and staying active through regular exercise.

DANIELLE CLARK
Danielle is one of our most tenured employees having been with the company over 20 years. Danielle moved to Knoxville TN in 1995 by way of Fort Payne, AL. and began her career in insurance almost immediately. Her love for a little bit of peace and quiet settled her right outside of Knoxville in a town called, Maryville with her daughter, Lily and partner, Jeff. There are a few things in life that Danielle is more passionate about than her cats, Butters and Baby Kitten. When Danielle isn’t navigating the ins and outs of the insurance world, you can find her tending to one of her many plants or binge-watching true crime stories.

SENTA WHITE
Senta was born and raised just a short 20-minute drive north of Knoxville. Her career began in banking, where she gained the expertise that now enables her to work closely with lenders, ensuring the accurate tracking of secured loans and collaterals for adequate insurance. Since joining our company in 2018, Senta has been a key player in maintaining the integrity of our data systems and supporting our clients’ needs.
Outside of work, Senta is a dedicated parent who can often be found at the ball field cheering on her kids. When she isn’t playing chauffeur to her kids, Senta enjoys reading, and spending time with her fiancé, Kenny, and Great Dane, Maverick.
